Another "Is this a good routine" thread

M W F I rotate between these 2 routines:

A

* Single Leg Squats (Bulgarian w/e)
* Bench Press
* One-handed Rows
* Chin Ups
* Pushups
* Jackhammer Curls
* Calf Raises



B
---

* Deadlifts
* Incline Bench Press
* Bent Over Rows
* Pull Ups
* Reverse Pushups
* Curls
* Calf Raises



I workout at home. Anything I'm missing or any critiques to my routine?
 
I like your routine
You've got the main compound exercises which is good. I'm not an expert so I hope the more experienced members will give you their opinion.

btw... What are jackhammer curls?

I guess jackhammer are the same as hammer.. I've always heard them called jackhammer though?

Your routine looks pretty good. One question, are you working out for strength or endurance? If the answer is strength, you may want to add a weighted pull up belt once your pull ups get past the 12 rep range.

You are also indirectly hitting your triceps with bench presses, push ups, etc. but you may want to add some form of tricep extension.

Lastly, I didn't see any ab exercises. You might want to throw some crunches in between your other sets.
