Today I Start To Believe In Me
There has never been a time to become more serious about my health and fitness than now. Today I claim my own success....right now. I claim it. I WILL make it to the end. I will not quit. I will conquer this battle and live in my life long victory.
To anyone that may be reading, this is my weight loss and fitness diary. I will be logging my entire journey along the way. I have been overweight off and on (MOSTLY on) my entire life. It's time to make a change for the long term.
I am starting this journey at 203.75lbs on Monday, September 14, 2009. I plan to end this weight loss journey and enter maintenance on Monday, July 5, 2010 at 130.00 lbs. I have 73.75 lbs to lose in 42 weeks. I think it's doable.
I hit my heaviest earlier this year at 247.00lbs. I decided to make a change at the end of March to start losing weight (one journey of many). I lost about 40lbs, hit a plateau and kind of gave up for a few weeks but I'm back on track with a completely re-vamped meal plan and exercise plan. I am ready to roll!!!
I will be weighing myself once a week, taking videos of myself in a bathing suit once every six weeks, and taking my measurements once every fourteen weeks. I will also be logging my daily exercise, calorie intake, water intake, and comments/thoughts.
I will stick with this diary until the very end. I'm making that commitment and I'm claiming my victory! So no better time to get started than now! I'm off to go do my first workout on day 1.
