I am already eating quite good things but ocassionally have naughty treats - which I know isn't good!
At the start I am : 18 stone 2
I aim to loose 4-6 stone and keep it off!
I am also looking into buying a treadmill becuase I want to have go for long walks and runs but lack confidence outside.
I weigh myself every Monday morning, so until Monday morning....
