Hi All. I haven't posted a diary yet, but thought I would today.
I have been overweight all of my life just because I eat too much, and eat all the time. I love sweets and snack foods. Well no more! :)

I started Weight Watchers 8 weeks ago and surprisingly I haven't looked back. I started with 80lbs to lose. My first goal is to get under 200lbs. And then lose my 10%.
