Good Morning Everyone!

Its Day 1, super pumped to get this show on the road!
Breakfast: a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of rooibos tea.
As for exercise: 1/2hr hoola hoop, 1/2hr stepping,45 minutes dancing and 1/2hr at Curves!

If there's anyone who can give me some tips or guidance, it would sure mean a lot.
Wish me luck guys to a better me :)
