I'm not a newbie... I used this weight loss forum a while ago whilst i was at university. It was really helpful to me while i was trying to loose weight...
Anyways... the reason im back is because i've put all the weight i lost back on and even more.
I was working at a summer camp in America over the summer and just didn't watch what i was eating. Because i didn't have constant access to any scales i just didnt realise (until it was too late) how big i was actually getting.
So... here are my stats:
I'm 22, Female and live in the UK. currently weigh 197lbs (14stone 1lb) and i'm 5ft 7in. *sigh* My goal weight is 147lbs (10stone 7lb). A total of 50lbs to get rid of. *cringe* I know that it will be hard work... but i need the motivation and support of others that aren't my family and friends... hence why im here! hehe
i'm guessing that the realistic way to look at this is if i loose around 2lbs a week (which is average isnt it?) then i should loose the weight in around 6months...argh
