And i doing it right?

Hi i was wondering if i am doing my exercies right if i want to gain muscle.

At the moment i am doing this rountine every second day:
10/+ bicep chin ups
6/+ tricep chin ups
10/+ pull ups
100 sit ups
50 crunches
20 weighted crunches (11lbs)
30 reverse crunches
50 v-ups
50 oblique situps
100 situps
50, 11lbs dumbells each arm
70 pushups

I do this in order, i also go for a run in the morning some mornings for 25 minutes and every day i go for a 30-40 minute jog in the afternoon. I am looking to get a six pack and i also want to have bulky arms and chest, am i doing it right by leaving my muscels a day to heal?

At the moment i am more focused on getting a ripped six pack so is doing that cardio (and i have a pretty clean diet btw) and those ab exercises every second day the way to go or am i doing something wrong?

Do your cardio on the days you don't work out, if you're gonna do cardio. I'd suggest doing pretty much almost no cardio, otherwise it slows your results because you're burning more calories.
 
ok then lol, well how about this, cut out the chest and arms completly for a moment and say doing that cardio and exercises and in terms of a six pack? if thats what im aiming for at the moment (like a ripped one) how long do u reckon it would take? coz im between 11% and 12% bf.
 
a proper clean diet is whats gonna help you dip into single digit bodyfat %, and a six pack.

also, what the hell are tricep chin ups? the triceps are a pushing muscle, so no amount of pulling is going to significantly work the triceps. period.
 
oh ok, does cardio also play a big part in getting low bf%? an lol i thought that doing chin ups the other way works ur triceps, i guess i was wrong...what does it work then?
