Ambi's Quest to a fitter me!

Hi! I'm Ambi and I'm pretty overweight and rather unfit- which sucks because I'm throwing a party in a few months time and I want to look awesome, and plus I have recently realised that I really want to get back into skating but I went skating the other day and have lost any skill I once had. *sigh* so I have lost all strength that I had as a child and loosing one of the very few skills I have- and I'm not even seventeen yet!! With two pairs of roller skates and new Ice skates ordered- I really hope I can shift this extra weight soon!! I'm also gonna work on flexibility which I need for skating.

day 1

2 hours Ice skating
20 squats
2 shoulder stands- working on back flexibility
2 half 'crabs'- I haven't the strength in my arms to push myself up anymore
5 minutes stretching out leg muscle
10 minutes ankle focused exercises
2 twenty second planks
20 sit ups
2 attempted push ups- I just have no arm muscle. At all.

I will try to do daily updates :)

Day 2

20 squats
2 twenty second planks
20 sit ups
2 shoulder stands
15 minutes leg flaxibility exercises
10 minutes back flexibility exercises
10 minutes leg strengthening exercises
10 minutes ankle focused exercises
2 power walks for 7 minutes each
2 slow walks 10 minutes each

Not to mention an entire day at school and I just had a Christmas choral concert for almost two hours involving standing forever and singing for ages!!

Hi Ambi, always nice to "see" new faces. You seem to be off to a good start! A piece of good news, should you need some: the fact that you used to be active means your body will take less time to adapt to an active lifestyle again than it otherwise would have. Will be looking forward to reading your updates on the skating.

oops my bad i totally lost this website... But found it!! I'll update in the morning, and my ultimate forever goal is to lose 30kg
