Well hello....

Today was a great day for me!

I walked on the treadmill for 40 min.

Food:
1 slim fast shake
1/2 turket sandwhich
1 apple

Dinner:
Grilled chicken w/ saulted onions
salad
brussel sprouts

I think that i'm done for the day with eating. I feel so FULL!!!
I'm not going to weight myself until Friday. I will Let you know how much I'm DOWN!!!

well we are off to a good start 2 day!

When my daughter goes down for her nap i plan on walking for about 40 mins or more on the treadmill and doing some weights!

my food plan for today is:

Breakfast:
Kellogg's protein snack bar
1 bottle of water

Lunch:
Slim-Fast shake
1/2 Turkey sandwhich
1 bottle of water

Snack:
Apple

Dinner:
Salad w/shrimp

Snack:
Maybe an apple? not sure yet.....
 
well i just got done doing my workout i planned on walking for 40 mins, but only did it for 30 and i done my are weights!! which i'm pleased with that. I might do the biggest looser work out dvd later 2 night.

well i'm about to eat my lunch.......

my goal for this week is 3lbs....to be in under 200lbs...would be a good start for the new year...will weight in on Friday!
 
I have never checked out any of the Biggest Loser DVDs... are they pretty good?

yes they are good i have 2 of them but i only like The Biggest Looser 2...the first one kicks me in the ass....lol...
 
THANK YOU...you too!!! well i was having a good day until dinner.... i mess up just a little.

I had the shrimp along with 8 chicken wings..... well tomorrow its a new day and a new year.....Although i dont feel that bad...so this is what i ate today:

snack potein bar
slim-fast shake
1/2 turkey sandwhich
1 banana
1 apple
8 chicken wings
shrimp (grilled)

3 bottles of water.

not that bad messed up!
 
good morning.....today is a start of the new me and the new year..YAY...so happy for what this year is going to bring for me!! My new body, my daughters 1st b-day in 16 days, finishing school, my couisns wedding and my friend having her baby in june...so many things happing this year!!

I have started out with a good morning so far. Cleaned the up a little around the house and about to have my breakfast. so this is my plan for today.

Breakfast:
special k protein bar
Water

Lunch:
Slim-fast shake
1/2 turkey sandwhich

Snack:
apple
kiwi

Dinner:
Grilled Chicken salad

Snack:
Banana

I'm planning on walking on the treadmill for about 30-40 mins
 

hey you've got a lot happening in the year. good luck. hope the year brings you loads of joy and goal reaching days. ;)

btw..how many calories do you consume in the day because that seems reaaly low to me.

well done with the excercise...keep it up!

hello....

well today was another good day!!

I worked out to the Biggest Loser Dvd for 25 min..kicked me in the butt but i made it!
my food for the day:

Protein bar
1/2 turkey sandwhich
Slim-fast shake
1 apple
2 kiwi
1 banana
Grilled-chicken salad
100 cal. pk. pop corn
gronola bar
4 bottles of water
 
I am so proud of my self i'm still on track!! I had my breakfast this morning and did the Biggest Loser workout dvd for 30 mins. i might walk later but not sure..... now about to eat my lunch and will contuine to keep on going!!!

Anyway your menue looks gr8 and I so love the simple turkey sandwhich!

Hey Amber, wanted to wish you all the success in 2008! How old's your baby now? My little sweetie is 19 months. And now I must get off this computer at work and get my ass home to see my pretty baby!
