The purpose of this journal is to keep me on track. If I am having a really stressfull day or monent I will come here and type my heart out!

Today is going great! I worked out this morning for 30 mins. I am eating really good too. I am busy cleaning and doing laundry! i am reaching the hard part of the day, for me its in the afternoon between 2-5pm. I just haveto keep my mind off of food and just keep busy. I have drank my water already today(8 glasses) but i will still drink if i feel an urge to eat.

Here what I ate so far today:

Breakfast:
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 cup high fibre cereal
1/2 cup low fat sugar free yougart

Snack:
Banana

Lunch:
2 cups of boiled brocolli and cauliflower
1 hard boiled egg

snack:
Apple

Pretty good!! :)

Here's what I ate for the rest of the day!!! I stayed under my 1600 calories!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Snack:
1 yougart 50
10 Raw Almonds 167
Nutri-Grain Sweet and Salty bar 160

Supper:
6 small lean meat balls
1/2 cup peas 42
1 cup whole wheat pasta 174
1/2 cup brocolliand cauliflower - 15
2 cup salad - 30
2 tbsp light ranch - 70

Total: 1574

Today went great! I got 35.5 grams of Fibre today, I think its the most fibre I ate in a long time. I have to say I feel really bloated!!! I hope it goes away soon.....Cant wait until tomorrow!! :)

well, last night never went asI planned! Chad my DH wasnt home until 1115pm he went to a rodeo meeting. so I was home all evening by myself! I ate!!!! :mad: I had a bowl of life cereal with skim milk and a nutrigrain bar. plus some dill rice crackers!!!! I feel so bad about it, but i just have to take it one day at a time, hopefully today will go better....
