well, hi every body! l am 28 years old. I have been doing weight lifting about a year now. but it was not continuous ( doing it one month then l stop for three month, again for one month and so on). But I hv notices that this is very Weird routine. however, it was because of the nature of my work. but things has changed at my work place so I want to start the Continuous routine. I dont want to stop on the way. three days a week!! Am I old for that... what is the age limit for body building? any idea...
