AM I IN THE RIGHT TRACK? Feel Shy with my jelly tummy

Iam really not too sure if Iam doing it right. To start off , Iam kinda new to this forum, been to many reviews which made me question my self if Iam doing it right? This is no doubt the best forum with the best mates.

I shall try to desribe my daily routine, and the workouts I do, as much as possible, Please let me know your suggestions.

Iam 27,M weighing 190lbs, 5'11 height. From my childhood Iam not into sports or never actively pariticiapted in any kind of activity. But its been 6 months I realised that Iam growing fatter.LOL, After 25+ YRS :))

I start my day with a 20 min treadmill and 20 min stepper burning 200-250 cals in total. I take Amino acids before the gym and after the gym I take protein shake with 25gms of protein. Iam off to work, mostly sedentary kind of job, infront of the computer. Work 5 days 8hours a day. I eat a fat free yogurt (80cals) at about 3 hours after my protein and then my lunch after 2 hours. Amino acids caps after 2 hours, then a cereal before 2 hours to gym. Evening, Before I start my gym, I take amino acids and start with cardio doing, 20 mins on treadmill at 4mph and stepper at lelevl 10 ( where 20 is max) and see to that I burn 250cals in total for my warm up. This is when my thighs get really tight.(I take this as leg press too) :D , I do a few streches too...... :cool:

Than I start weights with Conc.curls for biceps 5 sets of 10 each with 25lbs, seated triceps (where you put the dumbel over your head behind, with ur hand and dip it down and up) 5 sets of 10 each with 20 lbs, between every set I do ball crunches for abs 20 reps. Then I go for benchpress with dumbels, 35lbs 3x12, chest flies 20lbs 3x12, shoulder pull ups 30lbs 3x12. In total I would do not less than 160 ball crunches. I have fat stored in my hips too.

These weights showed me good results in my Bi-ceps and tri-ceps. All Iam worried about is losing the flab in my tummy. I have a tummy just like jelly. :(
I feel shy to swim nor run on the treadmill for this.

I do this for 5 days in a week and do just the cardio, walk for 60 mins on treadmill at 3.9mph on weekends (SAT,SUN)

All the protein and amino acids I use are GNC. Is there any other good brand you might be able to suggest me, that would be really great if you can?

I Tried my hardest to describe my situation, Hope someone would kindly come ffd to help me and put me on right track :(
 
Well your routine isnt too bad. The only things that I would add in are some compound exercises like squats deadlifts and benches. Its good to see that you are motivated and go to the gym so often. Drink heaps of water as well to flush out any toxins in your system that can help contribute to stomach fat.

Even though there isnt a way that you can reduce fat solely on you abdominal area it would be good to do some medicine ball crunches to strengthen your obliques this inturn strengthens the abdominal wall.

Keeping up the cardio is probably what is going to make the difference for you. With the motivation you seem to have you should lose the excess flab with a ballanced diet cardio and resistance.

How long have you been doin this routine for?
And I think that Musashi supplements are the best. I dont know if you can get them where you are.

Thanq for your response NBS, I know we used to get MUSASHI in AUS when I was there. Iam in USA at the moment nd for 3 more years, I've never seen musashi here. I had been doing this workout for last 3 months and I reduced 12 ponds :)

Xtacy you would get more replys but reading that is a complete mess. Keep your exercise and diet seperate so we can see what your doing each day. I don't understand what your even doing. You do that routine everyday? Its cloudly!

20 min stepper burning 200-250 cals in total.

I See many views, but only a couple of replies? Please let me know If my post is still messy, to read and to help me out? Ill try my best to re-write it :)
cuz I seriosuly need help to get rid of my fat. :(
 
i think it is set out fine :) i know its hard to describe everything you do !!! neways your workout seems fine just mayb add some squats and all that other stuff no one likes :) haha... cardio and a good diet will help ya loose that belly ...just remember to give your body a rest if you start to overload :) and be confident , i think you will get there :) good luck cya :)
