Am I doing enough?

I'm starting to eat 2,000 - 2,500 calories a day, I want to be sure I'm lifting enough to be able to eat that many.

Biceps / arm day
- warm up with 30 push ups.
- Then I do 30 lbs alternating hammer curls, 5 reps 4 times.
- Then I do 25 lb alternating curls, 12 reps 4 times
- cool down with 30 push ups

Chest / tricep day
- I warm up with 2x sets of 30 push ups.
- Then 25 lb incline dumb bell chest press, 10 reps 4 times
- Then, low weight high rep dumb bell flys.
- cool down with like 15 push ups

Shoulders
- Lateral raises 10 reps 4 times
- Military Press, (w/ dumbbells) 25lbs 8 reps, 3 times
- One-Arm Side Laterals 8 reps, 3 times
- Dumb bell shrugs 30lbs 15 reps 2x

Legs/back
- Some squats with 30lbs dumb bells usually 8 reps 4x
- Romanian Dead lift 8reps 3x
- Stiff-Legged Dumbbell Deadlift 8reps 3x

I rest 1 or 2 days a week.
Am I doing enough or should I add exercises?

I take it you only have a small amount of weight? If so i would look into getting a barbell and some plates. Looks like your doing a good bit of excercise but personally i believe you should start increasing your poundage that's the only way to force your body to grow some more muscle.

Get more weight and hit the big lifts.

Yea, this is my first time realyl lifting. When I say 30 lb, that's each arm, not both combined. I need to work my way up.

Do you have access to larger dbs, or are these all you have for now?
