Always Pushups and Dips is bad?

I heard working on the same muscle everyday is bad is this true? I already know it needs time to recover but how much time because I thought 8 hours of sleep was enough for them. If my triceps aren't recovering fast enough should I alternate between Push ups/dips to Sit ups everyday?

My Daily routine is(not all at once):
115 Triangle Push Ups
40 Dips
45 Regular Push ups
 
You cant workout on the same muscle group every single day. As Jar said, the general rule is one day recovery inbetween. And then even if you're working out 3 to 4 times a week you should factor in a longer recovery time somewhere.
There are supplements which aid muscle recovery.
 
I try to rest at least 1 day but perfer 2 days rest before doing the same muscle twice. For example, monday on tricep and wait until wednesday or thursday before doing it again.

Btw, Dips sucks. I have taken that out of my workout routine, period. Don't know about others but my shoulder pain greatly was reduce after i took it out of routine. Instead, I do close grip bench bb flat to replace it along with extensions.
 
You can typically do body weight movements like that anytime you want. After awhile, they simply dont provide enough stimulus that you would need to wait every other day. Youd have to add weight. when you do that, then yes, its like weight lifting and you do need to wait at least a day in between. The only exception to that rule is "block training"
