Almost hopeless

I forget the name of what I did. Basically it was a very low duration (10 min) cardio that involved going near 100% for 20 secs, and moderate for 15 secs in 2 to 3 minute bursts.

I'm one of those people who can't stand running on a treadmill or bike for 30 minutes at a time, and I didn't want to lose fast twitch muscle.

yes, i think this is the routin i did too, i HATE treadmills, i always do stepper, but when i don't have time and i wnat to do cardio and weights together, i will do the high intensity cardio, its very good but the only bad thing i experience is my ankle always feel very aching because of the sudden outburst from walking to running.
