232, down 2 lbs; 88 lbs, 40 kg, or 6 stone 4 lbs to date I am happy.
Losing camera shyness sounds like as much of an improvement as growing pants.I am not sure I can find a before photo, spent most of my life avoiding cameras. Taking these pictures show me that I need a haircut!
I like that LaMa, and yes my pants do seem to be growing.growing pants
To be honest the Levis are too tight for comfort, but I got them on. Someday I would like to get down to a 34, I think that's about as small as I get. It will be a while, but if I can keep this up its where I am headed.Congrats on fitting into the size 40s. We'll be congratulating you on fitting into the 30s before too long.
It is nice, I like the mountains being so close, could do with a little less cold and snow though.looks like a very beautiful area
Thanks M, I hope not.Sounds like you won't be in the 230s club for much longer!

I had the first of my homemade kefir for lunch, it wasn't bad, not really a lot of taste. It does not smell bad, Petal maybe I am doing it wrong? I will keep the exploding thing in mind.I have kefir in my fridge . My daughter is into all that kind of stuff . Tbh I can’t bear the smell of it . It’s in a glass jar with a glass bowl over it . It can’t be airtight as it may explode
Probably better than my kefir!Never had kefir but Weihenstephaner's good stuff
Looks can be deceptive... I plan to be making a lot more tyre tracks in the snow. Note I used your spelling, I like it.they even look a bit loose around the legs
Back in the day home bakers used brewers' yeast if they wanted something other than sourdough: the scum scooped off the surface of the beer-to-be. Not sure what it'd do to dairy thoughProbably better than my kefir!
Canny time-management, Rob!I use my workout cool down period to post, seems to be working out ok.
That is interesting, I don't have access to much beer-to-be, but I have been thinking about trying to brew some. Over the years I have made wine a number of times, include the peach this year, but have not yet tried beer. Even if the beer scum doesn't make good kefir, the beer should be good.Back in the day home bakers used brewers' yeast if they wanted something other than sourdough: the scum scooped off the surface of the beer-to-be.
Are dangerous foods a food group of their own? May have to have the bomb squad over to inspect the fridge.I make yoghurt, and I've made cheese in my time, but that didn't ever threaten to explode.
I saw that Rob, when I searched kefir on the forum you came up a lot. Thanks for the heads up on the possible gas and bloating thing, my veggies seem to do enough of that for me, don't need more.I've had kefir, Rob. I think I mentioned on my diary.
Never had kefir but Sturm can´t be kept in a closed bottle for fear of explosions eitherAre dangerous foods a food group of their own? May have to have the bomb squad over to inspect the fridge.
