Hi all! Just wanted to update you all that I weighed in this morning and finally broke 185 again after gaining a little bit of water weight! I'm down to 183.8 pounds which means I've lost 12 pounds total!

My calorie intake has been about 900-1400 calories a day. I know that's low, but again, I'm pretty sedentary, so that's the only way I'm able to make a big enough deficit to lose weight.
 
183.8, with 12 lbs lost? Well done Alia! Please don't eat less than 1200 calories a day though. Your body needs the nutrition.
