ok i know there are alot of drinkers here. lets talk about our alcohol consumption and how we deal with it to still loose weight. I have been reading about drunkorexia and such and want to start a dialog.
I add all my cals up with fitday and that includes every shot i drink.
I would say I drink like 3 times a week. around 6-8 shots a time. anyone else like me?

I make my own beer and mead.
I have on hand never less then 10 cases of wine. I probably have about 10 bottles of good scotch and whiskey in varying degrees of fullness. I love to drink, but I don't like to drink too much. If I have more then three drinks on a given night, that would be a lot. I rarely will drink more then one night a week.
Get the good stuff. Sure it will cost you more, but you can savor it; really enjoy it. Also, you won't have all the calories.
