Day 1
What Happened Today.

BreakFast: 4 Slices of Bread with Scrambled Eggs for BreakFast
Lunch: One Chicken Breast Sandwich on Whole Grain. + Water
Dinner One Roasted Turkey Sandwich on Whole Grain + Water
Snacks: Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Grapes.

Exercise: 20 minutes on the Bike machine and 10 minutes on the elliptical.

Goal 1 (320) achieved: Not Achieved, Yet.
 
Your snacks look healthy (depending on whether that yogurt is sweetened as well as flavored, I guess) and you´re getting protein with every meal, but... I´m kind of missing the veggies :)
