Week 0 - Time to get this started

Hello everyone! This is going to be my weight-loss journal, diary, whatever. I will be updating it weekly, keeping track of the things I eat and the exercise I do!

Starting weight: 75kg
Current weight: 75kg
Target weight: 60kg

Obvious 'problem areas' are my stomach, thighs, the weird rolls under my breasts (Seriously, what are they?) and my upper arms. I know that you can't really target areas to lose fat from, but can anyone suggest exercises that can help? I can't do anything that requires a gym or specific equiptment, I just can't afford anything like that at the moment.

Welcome, Divergent! There's lots of stuff you can do for free. If the weather is good get outside for a run, or you can find plenty of videos online. Yoga is a good one, but look around and see what would motivate you to get moving. Best of luck!
 
Every day household items can be used to help you exercise without a gym. For example...
A case of water. Set it on the ground in front of a chair. Sit in the chair, then stand, bend, pick up water, lift over head. Gently set it down, bending, stand tall and sit down. Repeat. Maybe hold your stomach in while doing this for added push.

Just an idea to build muscle (which burns my calories) and use those areas. Came from a documentary I once saw and so I've designed my own work-out plan applying the concept.
