After Burn program

lol...it's not a comp. program. It's a program that Alwyn Crosgrove put together. Apparently a few people are raving about it. It's a fat burning, highish rep, short rest interval, etc etc etc program.
 
I can't comment on this "After Burn" program specifically, I suspect he's incorporated something similar for his three fat loss programs in NROL.
