Well, this is what I looked like before I started my weight training/cardio program
this is about 5 months in, after changing my diet/training plan several times.
that was last week, and now this week, I look worse. I swear, some weeks I look and feel pretty lean, and others, like this week, I look like I've been running in circles for 5 months.
What I really need improvement on is my chest. I need to shed the little extra fat. Everytime I workout my chest, it is sore for the next two days. I don't know what else to do.
And I would also like to improve the definition in my abs.
any advice?
