after 12 weeks of bulking

what's up everyone. I've never posted pictures of myself on here, so here goes...my digitial camera isn't the greatest quality, so the pics are little blurry.

I have been bulking and using a 3x a week full-body routine for about 12 weeks. I am pretty pleased with my progress and will probably start a cutting phase at week 15. I am 6'4", 175-180 and I would like to stay at around 175.

What kinda progress did you make?
 
well I've been lifting pretty regularly for the last two and a half years. I used to be really skinny b/c of my height (160 lbs.) but I've gained a lot of muscle since then. However, before the summer started I pretty much hit a wall and stopped making any gains. I got pretty frustrated, starting hitting the weights even more . After finding this forum, I found out I had been overtraining and neglecting my diet. I have since used advice from you guys and started a bulking phase which I have made great gains during. I have gotten much stronger and I think my ph ysique has gotten much better as well.
 
You still have very low body fat% considering you have just finished bulking.
Perhaps next time you bulk you may consider eatting more and You'll get much better results.
 
Looks like you could still bulk up quite a bit more, you def have some good definition, but your weight is pretty low for your height, just my opinion of course;)
 
ok thanks for the advice. Before I found this forum, I was eating like a bird and working out like crazy. Thus, I hit a wall and my gains stopped. I guess I will probably extend the bulking phase for a couple of months. Thanks for the comments.
