Hey folks. I'm AFashionSlave
I've been trying to eat clean for 4 months!
(I cheat a bunch - I'm working on that)
I've lost about 10 lbs of fat and gained some muscle.

I'm still a little confused on how many whole grain carbs I can have while eating clean.

I'm also a little confused on how much cardio I need per day.

Heck...I'm just plain confused...so I figured that this forum would help.
