i am 16 5' 10'' and huvering between 150-155lbs , i am currently bulking up and i wanted adive on my routine. what i do is eat close to 3500 calories per day and work out 3 days a week(monday, wednesday, friday).

monday-bench, squat, bent over rows, military press
wed-bench, deadlift, bent over rows, military press
fri-bench, squat, bent over rows, militarypress

yah so i was just wondering if i there is anything that i should change, or add, or drop in my routine.. thanks

I think you should stick with your routine for a while and see results and if your not getting any then come back and ask us what your doing wrong. Dont expect anyone to walk you through getting buff. Try it, do it, experiment then ask questions. No one knows your body better then yourself so just try things out.

you need to add pullups. bent over rows hit the back differently from pullups.
I would also alternate between barbell bench press and dumbbells. And rotate inclined bench in once a week, but no more than a 40degree incline (or less).

and don't forget to work your abs!! otherwise that's a fine full body routine as long as you aren't sore on wednesday from monday's workout, etc.

You're body weight in relation to your height is pretty good as it is.
I would recommend less weight and more reps to tone. Keep with your workout for now to see if you get results. Also, try to blend in a nice bit of cardio to your work out. Eat well and watch your calories, you don't want to become underweight or overweight.

Cut away!

IN addition to what malkore said, I wouldn't do miltary presses three times a week. Once, maybe twice is fine. But if you have incline presses in there you'll be hitting your shoulders as well.
