Advice with exercise plan :)

Hello,
I am 17 girl, about 163cm (5ft 4in) and weigh about 63kg (139lb. I've just recently lost about 10kg, but want to keep up with the healthiness!

At the moment I don't really have a plan, on Saturdays and Tuesdays I have training, which is mostly high intervals of strength, but it gets my heart rate up! On Mondays I do football training for a couple hours.

I am stuck with what to do on my other days though! I have access to a basic gym, and also basic home exercise equipment :)

Congratulations on the recent weight loss :)

What are you actually doing on the days that you do train? (It's hard to give recommendations on what to do with your other days without knowing what exactly you're already doing) And to what end do you want to exercise on the other days? (Improve for football? Get more out of your strength training? Work on a different area of fitness? Have fun doing something physical?)
 
I am very impressed about your work out. Because exercise is more important to keep your body healthy and fit. Here you have shared exercise schedule with timing but I would like to suggest you that you should do exercise daily.
