I am 17 girl, about 163cm (5ft 4in) and weigh about 63kg (139lb. I've just recently lost about 10kg, but want to keep up with the healthiness!
At the moment I don't really have a plan, on Saturdays and Tuesdays I have training, which is mostly high intervals of strength, but it gets my heart rate up! On Mondays I do football training for a couple hours.
I am stuck with what to do on my other days though! I have access to a basic gym, and also basic home exercise equipment
