Advice needed :)

Ok, so I'm worried about how much cardio I am doing.
I weight train 3 times a week, thats going well, i can see progression. I eat well and im feeling fitter. I do 10 mins on the gym bike and 15 mins on the crosstrainer 3 times a week. On top of that im usually walking 30 mins ish a day. Im also just starting to work on my abs. My question is, do you think my cardio is poor? Im 18, iv just come down from 17 stone to 12 stone, and now I just want to look and feel like im in all round great shape.

stroutman's right. if you feel like you're getting an aerobic workout...getting your heartrate up...good.

for a marathon runner, your routine is poor.
for an obese 60 year old newcommer, your routine is too much.

its all relative to your current fitness level.
 
mal's right on with the relativity part. how do you feel when you're done with your cardio workout? depending on how long you've been doing it, it's probably time to step it up a little bit. maybe instead of walking the 30 minutes, try running 10 and walking 30. after you get used to that do 15 and 15. eventually get to where you can jog for a straight 30. that's how i started out.
