Okay i have currently for the past 5-6 months been trying to get down to a
-10% BF, i am currently between 11 - 13%(i swear its all in my freaking stomach....errrrrrrr) not completely sure due to insufficient measurement equip (just ordered a caliper though) went from
200lbs to 160-165lbs at 5'8" (actually i got down to about 157 but then i started to gain some muscle due to a break in cardio routine). Anyways i'm still trying to cut because i'm not at all happy with my waist, i still have these love handles and a slight "pooch" in my lower stomach. With my current routine i do cardio, HIIT, weights, and abs of course. I'm wondering if i should focus more on bulking now rather than getting down to the -10%. If i do bulk will it make it easier to cut in the next cycle? Or should i just stick to cutting til i'm below -10% and then bulk cause that would make things easier.....i know easier is not the right term for this discussion......we'll use the word efficient...yes thats it efficient. Another thing is when i bulk is it possible for this stomach fat to go away while doing so, or am i risking adding to it.....i've never bulked before so i don't know exactly how it works.
