Advice Needed

Hi,

I'm Jennifer. New to the website and need some advice. My freshman year of college I weighed 103 lbs. I'm 5'2 by the way. Now I weigh about 120 lbs and I have been working out to try to get rid of the extra pounds/flab on my stomach. All of my fat is in my stomach. You can't see it so badly when I stand but when I sit there is this huge disgusting roll of fat. I want so badly to get rid of this. It hangs out over my jeans when I sit down and is kind of embarrassing. My friends and family used to call me petite and small which I am small framed but now I just feel gross... I'm not fat or overweight just out of shape and it's all in my stomach area. I must add too that when I was 103 lbs I was too thin and sickly but now I've gained too much weight and in the wrong area....

What should I do to get rid of this stomach fat? I'm exercising everyday and eat very healthy... It's gone away some but I want to target this one area of my body.
 
IN addtion to cardio to help burn calories, focus on ab exercises (like sit up's) every other day.

there's a ton of useful information in the stickied threads in nutrition, on topic and exercise... start reading and ask questions when you do not understand something
