adivice please

help please!!

hi im 13 almost 14 yrs old and i do ballet right now i wieght 113 and i need to get down to 105 - 108 and stay that way in order for me to keep doing ballet , i really enjoy doing it i also do dance 5 days a week at least one hour a day and they are not all ballet i think the reason why i am having trouble is because of the way i am eating but i am not sure i really need help though healthy eating tips please or any other suggestions you dont know how happy it would make me if you guys helped me out :)

fast food, sodas, chips, cakes, cookies, etc should be avoided as much as possible. every once in awhile sure but not often.

have smaller meals more often during the day and drink plenty of water. :)
