I have come back to regain and start again. I will not reflect on what has past but only look forward.

Sorry bout that mumbo jumbo ok so I will be committing to myself on Monday. Its easter this weekend then Im off. Initial target is to aim for decency by October!:nopity:
 
I should list all the things I want to achieve over the remainder of this year:

- Lose 40 kg
- Quit smoking
- Save money
- Enjoy myself
- Be happy
- Not be tired
- Be more active
- Start actually doing things with true commitment
 
the smoking thing will suck

my momz tried to quit back in the day...wow, she would call me for no reason and just yell, kinda amusing

Suzie, great job on making a commitment. The hardest part is making one and then sticking to it. We'll do our best to support you in your goals! I'm too lazy (I know, bad word!) to look up what 40kg is in american pounds, but good luck!
 
Mel!!! I just read your new thread I cannot believe this I think we are almost like the same person in two different countries!!! I am also at my giggest weight ever.. since I was last here on this forum hang on brbr just got a meeting
 
I am so glad your back! We can get through this, have you decided how you're going to approach it? I've started weight watchers and its going really well, I am also using the Weight watchers etools which is really helping and makes everything so much easier!!! I hope you are well! and can't wait to hear back from you
