Dear all,

I want to bring you guys a bit of motivation and hope if you are considering an healthier diet of whole yummy food (vegetarian, to even veganish).
I have changed my restriction mentality two years ago while discovering I will Never be happy with tiny among of foods or portion control
Instead, now my day to day habits is EAT PLENTY, having gorgeous feast at any meal, but 80% of it being wole foods: rice/beans/yummy sugary fruits/oatmeals/veggies/sushis.
And those meals doesn't make me gain a pound!

Have you considered it? Do you think about going vegan (if you had the help to know what to eat)?
What have you tried that works, and what doesn't it the long run?

It's great that it worked for you. Where people fail is that they don't eat a variety of nutrients with good amount of calories so they become defficient.
