abs

well i can kinda see it already, well i can, but i want it to look better, more muscular. i do need to lower my bf%(im at about 11%) but i still need to make it show more
 
Then just work your flexors; Exercises like hanging leg raises and such, weighted would probably be best.

11% is good, but they'll show VERY good around 8%. Happy lifting..
 
I did some inclined sit ups last night.

After doing them I looked in the mirror and lifted my top up my obliques (the muscles that promote the V shape) were really standing out!
