abs excercises

Hey Everyone,

Does anyone have any excercise to work only one half your Abs, For some reason the left hand side of my abs are developed and the right is not. There is a very big difference.

At the moment conventional abs excercise are just making the left hand side stronger with no affect to the right,

Any advice would be gratefull

Heh, I sometimes think this is the case for me as well, however, it is not so noticible for me at all.

One of my friends, had an 8 pack on 1 side, and a 6 on the other. THAT was WEIRD! XD

Anyways, search "bicyle maneuver" in google images. Do that, but only on the left side.

It could be your genetic fiber structure of your abs. But I don't it...unles you have had some sort of surgery in that area that would have scar tissue build-up, then its most likely layers of subcutaneus fat in that area.
 
Just doing normal situps, and hanging leg raises will be fine. If your left is stronger then the right will have to work harder to keep up.

may I ask how you figure that you left is stronger? does it start to hurt long before the right hurts? I found that with mine, but It stopped about a year ago when I started doing pull ups and leg raises instead of crunches.
