Not bad, hey 2kg is better than nothing - keep trying.

I've always respected David Zinczenko and used the Abs diet as a bible of nutrition, his understanding of carbohydrate, protein and fat seems absolutely sound.

The only problem I have with the book is that he seems to imply that it's possible to build muscle whilst losing fat, which is hotly discussed and disproved wherever you look.

I'll be very interested to see how you do following the diet.

Not good progress, but not terrible progress either. The chest seems to have improved, doesn't have that manboob look from the front much anymore.

Anyways, stricter diet. Harder exercise. And ditch the cheat meal.

It is possible, just very difficult to do. I have found that despite focussing on losing fat-weight, I have still been able to build muscle over the past two months. Perhaps that is because I have only got back into working out and no doubt the gains will diminish as time goes by. I agree though, most people will find this very difficult to achieve.

updated with aug pic .
been on a very strict diet for a month after the previous post.
Lowered carbs , tapered it with no carbs at night .
cardio to 6 days a week.

Whats the weight in the latest pic?

Good progress, but I am starting to wonder if you even have thick enough abs to be able to see it. Don't want to cut down to nothing.

weights about the same @ 67
BF is a little under 19
