Abs By Springbreak

I am a 20 year old college student who has nothing else to do but study and lift 5 days a week. I am 5'10.5" and weigh 190lbs. I have a month to loose the last of the fat around my midsection so I can have abs by Springbreak. I have been doing interval sprints for 20min. two times a week and running or jumping rope on the other days.
Diet= 6 small meals a day with emphasis on protien
Weight training = day 1: chest 3x5 of 5 exercises
day 2: legs 3x10 of 6 exercises
day 3 shoulder 3x5 of 5 exercises
day 4: back " " " "
day 5: Biceps and triceps 3x5

I'm highly motivated I just need some advice. Any ideas

You also need to learn about the almighty, all-knowing, insurmountable, and king of all kings, the calorie and macronutirent combination! :)

When you get done, can you come back and post what your Base Calorie Intake and approximated MT Line is (Maintenance Calories)? (If you have trouble figuring this out, lets us know and we will try to help) IMO, this is a basic, critical, and fundelmental understanding, one needs when starting out:

Thanks

Ok I did the MT line equation and came out with 3254 calories but I'm not sure how to calculate my Base caloric intake. Is that just an average of how many calories I normally eat in a day? By the way I read all the articles and learned some valuable information so thankyou.
