I exercise frequently (about 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes), and I go hard. I have a muscular stomach with pretty defined abs, but recently, my period has stopped.
I'm pretty sure I've developed amenorrhea due to the amount of exercise I do and my diet. Now, I'd liked to gain a few pounds to get my menstrual cycle and body back on track, but I'm a little scared that I'll develop a layer of fat over my abdominal area which will end up covering them. It would be a shame considering how hard I worked to get them the way they are.
So my question is is there anyway I can gain a few pounds but still keep my abs?
