I've been working out my abs for a while, and when i flex them they really show, in the periods that I haven't been eating for a while my abs still show even without flexing . However when I eat , it doesn't have to be a lot of food, just the normal amount of food necessery so the hunger goes away , my stomach becomes very round and not so nice. If I suck up the stomach it looks the way I want it to , but that's not what I wanna do every time. Any advice on how to deal this problem with round bellys. I'm 185 cm (6'2) and 77 kg ( 168 lbs) and I don't need to lose weight, I'll get too skinny that way, I might lose only few pounds or kilos if it helps. Any ideas or suggestions on how make the round belly flat and lean, tnx
