Abs and exercises changes

You're talking about three different exercises/moves to work on each muscle group when doing split rountine? If so, thank you very much.

Correct,

Eg, 3 exercises for bi's @ 4 sets for 10 reps gives a total of 12 sets and 120 reps.

Man you're being such an a**h***. I'm confused because some of you misuse the terms and may have confused it with something else. When you said two sets for biceps, that is only a total of 30 reps. I kept asking don't we usually do about 4-5 exercises, each having 4 set. One exercise containing 4 set with maybe about 12 reps each is one same move. Then so on and so on. Your post made no sense. Come on, someone help me.

One exercise that sufficiently stresses the muscle is fine. For upper body horizontal pushes, I do bench press 2x/wk. in a couple weeks I'll switch to decline bench presses and no others. If you are working a proper load, there is no need to do extras exercises.

Frequency through the week is more beneficial than multiple exercises for one muscle group on one day.

that's wat i posted all along..number of sets per muscle group...doesn't matter wat split i'd do that's how many i wood do

Makes perfect sense

Swan, you totally make sense.

Okayieman2 - Who's the 'we' you keep referring to??? And I agree that your posts don't make much sense, maybe take a moment to read them through before you submit, save everyone a lot of time and unnecessary abuse.:)

My posts didn't make much sense? I had spend a lot of time trying to explain to everyone what I was talking about in the first page of this thread. Swan did make sense in the second last post of his on the first page until he mentioned of doing only two sets for biceps, which is pretty much less than one exercise/move and threw his whole helpful post before that quote off.

"One exercise contain 3-4 sets , each having 15 reps or so"

This is what I was trying to explain the whole time, clearly this quote made perfect sense in the first page of this thread. On the topic of "abuse", I didn't realize being frustrated is "abusive" to the members of this forum.

1. don't get frustrated so easily meat head.
2. calling swan an a**h*** is abusive.
3. you are an a**h***.
