I need to lose 20kg i have tried everything, for the last 2 months i have been eating less i have changed my diet to only good foods, yogarts, fruit, vegies and mostly chicken and fish, i eat no sweets, no pop and i weighed myself this week and not only have i not lost weight but i picked up 8lbs.. im about to give up cause nothing seems to help.
