Started in June/July of 2007 at 5'4" and 211 lbs. EEK! Using portion control a la Weight Watchers, and starting one heckuva treadmill routine EVERY SINGLE FREAKIN' DAY, I have managed to shed about 40 lbs so far. My goal is 155, so I still have a ways to go. I am currently hovering between 169 and 171. Enjoy the show. The pics aren't exactly in order, but the one where I am skinniest is the most recent! Thanks to all others who have posted their pics! You are an inspiration to me!

winter hit in BC. BRRR! Anyhoo, from the start I determined not to spend less than one hour on said 'mill, at least 5 x per week. During commercials I got off and did situps and pushups. Plus, the 'mill is set on a very steep (ok, if you know how clumsy I am, it is actually DANGEROUS!) incline.
Then I decided that I would try to RUN during commercial breaks instead of doing situps, and do them at the end. Also, I decided that on some days I would actually indulge in an hour and a half on the 'mill, if the tv shows were really good that day! LOL
