Ab Question

do you go to a gym. Do them every other day is fine. Your abs main workout should really come from doing big lifts like squats and deadlifts, they will utilize the abs as stabilizers, which is their primary job. Lower abs, no such thing really, the rectus abdominus is all one muscle. Obliques.. you can do rotation exercises, or maybe side bends if you want something simple.
 
I don't go to a gym, so I don't have access to squats and stuff like that. I'm doing 4 sets of seated cable crunches wih 20 reps each. That method probably sucks. Do you have any recommendations?
 
Work on your core. Search 'core exercises' in google. see what comes up. Train them every other day. Might be an idea to google 'abdominal exercises' while your at it.
