Alright, i'm 18 years old and i'm trying to get a 6 pack. Actually, it doesn't even need to be a 6-pack yet, that can come in time, but I would like to become leaner. I tried a couple of months of ab exercises, but I think i'm missing something, because the lower part of my stomach is still a tad chubby while everything else is starting to smoothen out and harden a bit. Could somebody please help me understand a tried and true ab workout, as well as a corresponding diet that wouldn't be too hard to keep to (as in, don't need to buy a ton of particular foods)?
