i always stop and star but this time im serious so it's quite realistic

On the road to dropping 20 pounds the hard way...time to let those tears (and pounds) shed
 
I realized that yesterday I made my diary really quickly. Let me explain some stuff about myself. I'm a college student (almost done, thank god) and i've been dealing with weight issues since forever. Always been a pudgy child. I'm barely 5'8 and I clock out at about 178lbs. My weight fluctuates a lot. At my heaviest, before high school, I was about 230+ pounds and at my lightest I was about 169. I'm built like an athlete that stopped working out for a few years, lol. I have a V-shaped body with broad shoulders and a narrow waist. So, I don't necessarily look like I weigh as much as I do. However, when the pounds are packed on you can tell and when the pounds come off...you can tell. Crap, I need to go. I'll log in later.
