A whole new me is on the way!

Well, Ive resisted posting here until I well and truly gotmy weight loss underway and was sure I was on the right track. Ive been doing a 1200 cal a day diet plus exercise approx 5 days a week (30 min interval/cross training cardio) with weights every other day.

Its been exactly 1 month since I fort weighed myself and started this journey and Ive officially lost 10 lbs!

Ive got a ways to go (about 20 lbs) but Im very pleased with this start.

Current weight: 5'10" 168lbs
 
Your doing great!!! Your already about 1/3 of your way there!

Don't deprive yourself either, treat yourself once a week or so, so you don't binge after you reach your goals. I like to go to DQ and get a medium chochlate sundae, or a large if I am feeling brave.
 
Well unfortunately my weightloss has now stalled. I keep bouncing back and forth between 168 - 169 but no weight is being lost. Dont know what to do except eat even less.
