Hi everyone, I'm kind of new in this thing of at home-training, and I'm starting to use an ab slide device. I've readed that you need only three minutes a day in order to obtain good results, but I'd like to know if I have to be exercising for the three minutes in a row or I shouuld make some pauses or what. By the way, sorry for my poor english, but I hadn't practiced in a long time.
