a problem

hi it's me robert again yesterday i increase the weight on my benach press from 70 to 75 when i was doing 70 it was hard to do 8 reps now i'm doing 75 and i do 6 reps i know benching is not safe so what would be a safer chest exercise and how many sets and reps should i do please help thanks

push-ups are the way to go. If it makes you feel better Robert13, I will try and get a picture of myself to show you…. YOU DO NOT NEED A BENCH. I do push-ups and never bench.

If you are going to seek advice here, try following some of it more closely. Most of the members here have much more experience than you. Once you have been exercising a while, you can start to tweak your program a bit. I can almost guarantee that you do not have the core strength to be benching at all. THAT is what you should be working on.
