A New Year - 4kgs (8.8lbs) Down

Hey Everybody

I just introduced myself in the newbie corner of this board.

This is a new year and the year I'm going to take back my confidence and my energy and get my weight down below my all time lowest (78kgs)

Around christmas I weighed around 115kgs and started the new year at just under 114. I am now 19 days into healthier living and am down under 110kgs.

I still have a long way to before I reach my goal, but these first few steps have been easy. No cardio, no stringent diet. All I have done is think about every meal, not drink calories and not binge eat at night. I have followed the principles of "FAST-5" fairly loosely, and have found that way of thinking to be very helpful (haveing a span of 15-19 hours where I am not ALLOWED to eat anything), beacause when I fast for 19 hours I only have 5 hours to get in all my daily calories and for me it's pretty hard to overeat over that short a period.
