I started my weightloss journey on Jan 4th 2010..
I weigh 88 kgs and i am 5'0 ht.
Initially b4 my pregnancy i was not overweight...But soon during and after my delivery..i put on weight..and i never took it very seriouly to put it off..
Neways ...Last year i started of to join a Gym..lost weight initially..but the weight bounsed back,coz...lack of diet maintainence..
Now i started of with Herberlife product this month..i have seen considerate amount of weight loss..Have'nt checked thou..I just hope i keep up the same spirit for another 6-7 months..to see a totally new ME....
initially for the 1st week i have headache,irritability..but once u succeed the 1st week..the next are eze..
my diet consists of...
6am-1/2lt water(as soon as i brush my teeth)
9am-Herbelife Shake.
11 am-small amount of tea
1pm-Herbelife shake.
6:30pm-Dinner..(it mainly consists of Chapati...)
I make sure i drink 1/2ltr of water every two hrs...
ie i drink a total of 3-4 ltrs of water..
